We have leadership opportunities available in both our Front of House and Heart of House (kitchen) departments.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact):

• Lead your team with positivity, confidence and integrity

• Open and close the restaurant

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless execution

• Maintain uncompromising standards of cleanliness and food safety

• Deliver remarkable guest experiences through proactive hospitality and commitment to quality

• Build, coach and develop team members for growth and success

• Set clear expectations and ensure goals are met each shift

• Drive performance toward key operational targets (speed, accuracy, hospitality, cleanliness, etc.)

• Solve problems quickly, calmly and with sound judgment

• Delegate responsibilities and manage shift priorities effectively

• Collaborate with other leaders to achieve restaurant wide goals

Availability:

Full time commitment required. Must be available Monday–Saturday.

We do have very limited part time leadership opportunities, but we usually fill those roles with team members who have advanced through our internal development program. If you're a student or looking for a part time leadership role, we’d love for you to join our team as a team member and grow into leadership from the inside.

Shifts are typically 4:30am/5:00am-2:30pm OR 1:45pm-10:30pm. Opening and closing availability is required. 

Leadership schedules typically average around 45 hours per week.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old

• At least 1 year of prior leadership experience required

• Hospitality experience preferred

• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team

• Strong customer service orientation

• Must be dependable, hardworking and team oriented
